we commenced the Bosaso, Qardho and Garowe IDPs camps solar lights assessment in order to ascertain the rehabilitation and repairing requirements, our target is 36 IDP’s sites (15 in Bosaso, 6 Qardho and 15 Garowe).
The assessment was led by Engineers from the local authorities backed by teams from PSA.
As part of the assessment, PSA profiled every IDP Solar light pole (lamppost) and took GPS of every pole, including the needs of every solar light pole in terms of repairs and renovation.
